No delivery, no reply, WORST ever customer service
I ordered a gift for my brother, which was listed as in stock, and express delivery for it to arrive June 17th 2022. But it didn't arrive. The online tracking didn't work, emails were all returned undelivered, their phone number went to a voice message saying it was no longer staffed, and they took days to respond to their online contact form. Then they admitted the item had not been in stock at all. They finally agreed to refund the price BUT STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY POST AND PACKAGING FOR SOMETHING THEY NEVER SENT ! Atrocious! Don't believe their hype about customer service and don't waste your time! DON'T BUY from them!!

Next day delivery 2 and a half weeks ago, nothing received
Paid for next day delivery and still have not received anything nearly 3 weeks later. No tracking was possible and when I spoke to them they apologised and said they don't know where my order is and that the product was now sold out and offered alternatives. Still no alternative shipped. Garbage
Excellent products, fast delivery
Having read negative reviews I was a little worried - didn’t need to be. Fast delivery (I opted for next day and it arrived in 2 days which given its christmas is very fair). Exactly what I ordered, perfect quality, excellent price. Happy customer!

Very pleased…
Was a bit nervous buying from this store having seen the 2extremes for their reviews, but I was tempted by the price for a game I wanted and so went ahead. Thankfully the game arrived promptly and was as I hoped. Price was very reasonable in comparison with other sites so all in all very pleased.

I ordered vibrating neck massager and want refund back due to small size.
I ordered vibrating neck massager and I got it on time. My neck size is bigger than massager and it can't fit on my neck so I just put it back in the box and send them contact form online for refund and want to know which address I should send it to.
Since 4 days no reply, no one contact me.
Can anyone know how to contact them ,plz let me know.

I was a little skeptic so as it’s a new company for me but my order came quickly and in good condition. Really happy :)

Discovered an error on my address, tried to call them urgently but no number listed, so I used their "contact us" form to resolve the issue, two days later no response and they went ahead and posted! I followed up with another message to say look youve posted it to the wrong address what can we do? and two weeks on they still havent replied to either message! Avoid.
Price was reasonable, and I received my parcel thankful, only because Royalmail sorted out the issue with my address... I got lucky.. but still no reply on email from them.

Scam!! Avoid this company they take your money for an item then don't send it out!!! Still not had an update or recieved my item. No phone number at all and don't awnser emails! Absolutely shocking!!!

Issue At First - Now Resolved After A Call From Them
Spoken with Caleb from this store who rang me, told me about stock issues and apologised,
I have given him advice on how to improve customer service and communications going forward, he has now refunded my order after the call.
He said you the customers on here who have left negative feedback, please email them directly via the website and put your order number and telephone number in the email and he will call you back or email you back with a resolution to your order issues.
Communication is key for any business and this company now need to pull up their sock and resolve customer problems asap.

received an item that was faulty and tried to contact customer services and received no reply despite several emails. They say you can phone customer services but there is no phone number on their website. will have to return the item at my own cost.

I have ordered from this website a few times now and have never been disappointed. Admittedly the very first time I was a little worried, as I always am ordering from a new website I’ve not used before, but I soon found there’s no need for concern, the order always comes within a few days.

Excellent price, superb communication, item arrived several days early delivered by Royal Mail not some cheap courier company. Great experience, I will be choosing Gift and Gadget Store as my first-line go-to store.
